Healthy homemade cooking at Eco-Op

Every week we like to encourage our group to eat healthily, and what better way to do this than to make your own food?

For this week's lunch we made stuffed mushroom, tomato and ham omelettes from scratch, and one of our chefs, upon tasting it, said it was "one of the best omelettes he's even eaten". High praise indeed!

We support everyone to get involved in the cooking process and challenge themselves if they are unsure of their abilities. One of the chefs was partially sighted and yet chopped vegetables and cracked eggs with gusto - everyone deserves the enjoyment of cooking!
